Food Stand Applications
Applications for the 2020 event will be invited from January 2021

FOOD STAND APPLICATIONS
We are seeking applications for food stands from large and small businesses both locally and further afield to help make a great atmosphere at the Burnham Donkey Derby.

After the introduction of a wide range of food stands last year we want to build on its success by limiting the number of stands available to a maximum of 10. We want to ensure that there is a wide variety of food at prices that appeal to the many families visiting the Donkey Derby. To achieve this food stands should be able to offer lower priced snacks in addition to normal priced meals. 

The cost to occupy a Food pitch is negotiable and suppliers should expect to pay between £75 and £250 per unit dependent upon its size and food offering. Operating hours are 12 noon to 5.00 pm.

To apply for one of the limited food pitches, only 10 of which are available, please complete the form below by 2pm on 5th April 2021.  Please indicate on the form how much you are prepared to pay for a food pitch using a price range if necessary. The organising team will review all applications and decide who has been successful based on a range or criteria including your businesses locality to Maidenhead, variety of food available to festival goers and prices of your products.
